    Very impressed with suite. Beachfront location adjacent to the water park. Exceptional staff members in all areas.

    Overall - incredibly beautiful and modern place with absolutely courteous staff in all areas. Comfortable and beautiful location for our needs, just off Water Park, Splash Jungle as well as airport. Plus, 20 minutes drive from Blue Canyon Country Club.

    Very large complex with direct access to the beach. Pools, restaurants and the staff were great. Good for families with children. The long beach is good for the observation of the airplanes. Breakfast had a large selection.

    The furniture needs a renewal. No shuttle service to the airport.

    A large selection at breakfast. The rooms are modernly equipped. Close to the airport. . Especially for families with children this is a super accommodation with slide etc.

    The city is a bit far away, you would have to take a taxi.

    We had booked penthouse club. This gave us a lot of amenities. The staff was very friendly . Top wifi. Water park wonderful. Main ocean view pool and DJ at sunset

    The meal was very monotonous

    Quiet location,instead of close to the airport runway but the rooms are soundproof, 2 slendid swimming-pool, and the splash park (not free but not expensive also comparing with other places). Very professionnal staff,

    About 40 km from the popular city of patong beach .no shops only basic thai .the hotel restaurant is very expensive and it close at 9 evening.so if late arrival to the hotel take into account there is nothing to eat there is free shuttle everyday from 2 o clock back to hotel at 7 evening the time when the life start at patong.or you can take taxi and it is so expensive

    I only stayed for 24 hrs but my experience was very positive. I arrived late at night so I did not see first impresions on an arrival. I needed a hotel close to the airport. Pick up a d drop off service was excellent . Room service was excellent . The view from my balcony was mountains and hotel lake . In the morning I was very shoelace to see how big the place was but did not have time to explore what it had to offer. I would stay again. Excellent place for a family .

    large room with separate living room, nice bathroom. Location next to the waterslide park.

    airport view and noise, food price at the restaurant is very very expensive (example 20$ for a la carte breakfast) no shop or convenient store near by so be prepare if you don't want to pay hotel price.

    We had a blast in the spacious two-bedroom residence-plenty of room for our little rascals! The splash park was a hit, and we loved that it was just a stone's throw from the airport. Super convenient!

    But honestly, the golf carts to get around? More like golf cart turtles! Waiting for them reminded me of a scene from a slow-motion movie.

    Hotel extremely close to the airport, was great for us as we had a 1am flight from Phuket and we were able to check in early at 9am (when we landed from Koh Samui) instead of waiting till 2pm which would be the norm everywhere else! Paid for Deluxe room but got upgraded to Suite - guessing hotel might of been a bit quiet.

    Location: the hotel was just next door to a taxi, the main attractions of the city and both the restaurant. There was a beach restaurant nearby. I had updated and spotless room complete with comfortable beds, kids sleep and a balcony...

    Family fun at the water park

    We had an very nice time watching our kids splash around in the water park! The spacious room and friendly staff really made this a nice getaway.

    Our check-in process was a bit chaotic-our reservation wasn't located right away, which left us twiddling our thumbs for too long.
